(48 states) - Free Ground shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 there
is a flat Ground shipping fee of $7.50.

Territories and APO/FPO addresses - Shipping rates vary and are determined by
several factors, including types, weights and dimensions of items, shipping
methods and shipping locations, etc.

Special
optional shipping option – besides the various traditional
shipping methods, we have a special shipping option, or “Patience Payout”, for
many items. Patience Payout takes up to 2 weeks for the order to arrive (longer
than Ground shipping), but when you choose Patience Payout, we will offer you a
certain amount of shipping rebate (calculated automatically). For example, the
following order is eligible for both free Ground shipping and Patience Payout.
If you choose free Ground shipping, you will pay $107.20 to get this order; if
you choose Patience Payout, you will get a shipping rebate of $6.48, which
makes your total order $107.20 - $6.48 = $100.72.
Regardless of which shipping method you choose, after you’ve
placed your order with us via our website http://www.characterofficeproducts.com,
e-mail communication, phone or fax, we will send you an Order Confirmation
e-mail within a few hours to notify you of the status of your order. We will ship
out your order within 24 hours via the shipping method that you’ve specified.
And we’ll send you Shipment Status Tracking E-mails once we’ve obtained your
shipment tracking number(s). This e-mail will include not only your order
information, tracking number(s), but will also include information regarding
your shipment status, directly from the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Once the
carrier has delivered your package, you will get a Delivery Confirmation e-mail
from us, to notify you that your order has now already been delivered to you,
and that you can contact us should there be any problems with, or you have any
